Terms of service
The terms on which Securefase is made available by Securefase.
1. Agreement
These terms govern access to and use of the Securefase platform and website, provided by Securefase. Where a signed order form or master agreement exists between us, that agreement prevails over these terms to the extent of any conflict.
2. Accounts and access
You are responsible for the accuracy of account information, for the actions of users you provision, and for maintaining the confidentiality of authentication credentials. You must have the authority to connect the repositories, cloud accounts and systems you link to the platform.
3. Plans and fees
Free, Starter, Professional and Enterprise plans are described on our pricing page. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed. Fees exclude applicable taxes. Plan limits — repositories, scans and users — apply as published.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not use the platform to scan systems you are not authorised to assess.
- Do not attempt to circumvent plan limits, tenancy boundaries or access controls.
- Do not reverse engineer, resell or provide the platform as a service to third parties without written agreement.
- Do not use the platform in violation of applicable law or export controls.
5. Customer data
You retain all rights in the code, configuration and data you connect. We process it only to provide the service, in accordance with our privacy policy and any applicable data-processing agreement. Onboarding is read-only by default; any write action — including remediation pull requests — requires a separate grant that you may revoke.
6. Availability and support
We aim to provide a reliable service and will use reasonable efforts to minimise downtime. Service levels, where offered, are set out in the applicable order form. The free plan is provided without a service-level commitment.
7. Intellectual property
The Securefase platform, together with its underlying software, models and documentation, remains our property. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership. Feedback you provide may be used to improve the product without obligation.
8. Security findings
The platform produces analysis and prioritization to support your security programme. It does not guarantee the discovery of every vulnerability, and its output is not a substitute for your own judgement, testing and controls.
9. Warranties and liability
Except as expressly stated, the service is provided on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Term and termination
Either party may terminate a paid plan at the end of the then-current billing period. We may suspend access for material breach, non-payment or unlawful use. On termination, customer data is deleted in accordance with the applicable agreement.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with the courts of New Delhi having exclusive jurisdiction, unless a signed agreement states otherwise.
